"I am solution-focused and client-centered. I want my clients to experience relief from symptoms and a better quality of life as quickly as possible. Accelerated Resolution Therapy allows for significant progress in a much shorter period of time than traditional talk therapy for a wide-range of symptoms. I have seen remarkable change and progress with my clients. I aim to create a safe space for clients to discuss and explore their problems, while helping guide them to a place of healing." - Elizabeth McKay, M.S., MSW, LICSW
